We're working with a growing, entrepreneurial real estate development firm based in Surrey that's carving out a reputation for delivering high-quality 6-storey wood frame multi-family projects across Surrey and Langley.
They've built a tight-knit team of sharp thinkers, doers, and collaborators, and they're ready to add a Development Coordinator who wants to be more than just a meeting scheduler or spreadsheet wrangler.
What You'll Be Doing:
As the Development Coordinator, you'll be embedded in the heart of the action, supporting projects from early concept through to construction handover.
You'll work closely with:

• Consultant groups – coordinating plans, submissions, and deliverables
• Municipalities – helping navigate rezoning, permitting, and approvals
• Sales & Marketing – ensuring the vision and value proposition aligns from the ground up
• Finance & Operations – contributing to budget tracking and project timelines
• Construction – staying close to site progress and the real-world execution

This is a chance to build true development experience, not just file documents or chase follow-ups.
Who You Are:

• You've got 1–3 years of experience in real estate development or a related field (planning, construction, architecture, etc.)
• You're organized, proactive, and can juggle multiple moving pieces without losing your cool
• You're curious and ambitious. You want to learn and grow, not just stay in your lane
• You communicate clearly, collaborate easily, and thrive in a small team setting
• You're excited by the idea of working in a nimble, fast-paced environment where every voice is heard
