ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform wheel alignment checks and adjustments on vehicles as requested
  • Perform tire mount and balancing as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and operation of alignment and tire equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of shop as per guidelines
  • Assist in lot management and car wash if required
  • Other duties as determined by supervisor

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Highly self-motivated individual, ability to work effectively under stress and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Have an attention to detail and high quality control standards.
  • Be able to work effectively against deadlines.
  • Able to work in a productive, fast-paced environment
  • Able towork effectively with Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and Technicians
  • Possess a valid British Columbia Drivers License, ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission, and present a current copy of your drivers abstract (ICBC drivers record) for review.
