- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks (Desktop/Online)
- Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, receipts, sales, and payments
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Manage payroll and related government remittances (e.g., CPP, EI, taxes)
- File GST/HST returns and other government filings as required
- Work with external accountants for year-end processes and audits
