This is a seasonal position, beginning on May 1st, 2025, and ending on October 1st, 2025. The Hare Wine Co. is hiring for a seasonal Night Crew Associate to work at our winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The Night Crew Associate is a friendly, responsible, and organized individual whose key responsibilities include cleaning and resetting the winery for business the next day. It also requires someone who will be responsible enough to close up the winery and lock the door. Visit our website at www.theharewineco.com (http://www.theharewineco.com/) Your Key Responsibilities * Maintain Cleanliness and Organization ** · Clean and reorganize the Winery after night-time events ** Move tables, chairs and other items as needed to prepare Winery for Daily operations ** Answer any guest questions or requests in a polite and adequate manner ** · Create a safe and inclusive environment ** · Secure Winery and lock doors when leaving at end of shift ** Hours – Friday, Saturday & Sunday 8pm or 10pm to 2am or 3am each night (until winery is clean). Qualifications * Welcoming personality, engaging and team-oriented * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods. * Must be able to work late nights on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (the occasional Thursday and Monday as well). * Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from the winery. * Ability to multi-task and problem solve What We Offer You * Compensation: $20 Hourly Rate * Flexibility: Part-time (8 to 20 hours per week)
