What You'll Do:

• Greet customers at the counter, on the phone, or by email and help them find the right parts or solutions for their projects
• Explain the features and uses of plumbing supplies, fixtures, tools, and fittings
• Process orders, handle returns, and help track down special items we may not have in stock
• Pick and pack orders, restock shelves, and help keep our inventory organized
• Pitch in with day-to-day tasks—cleaning, organizing, loading and unloading deliveries
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to make sure orders and inventory are accurate
• Help newer staff get familiar with the store and our customers

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years in a retail, warehouse, or customer-facing role (plumbing experience a big plus!)
• Comfortable talking to both seasoned contractors and weekend DIYers—patience and clarity are key
• Familiarity with plumbing parts and terminology
• Can multitask in a busy environment without losing track of the details
• Good with computers and basic point-of-sale systems
• Responsible, reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
