We're looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our busy RE/MAX Garden City Realty office in St. Catharines.
This is a fast-paced, people-facing role where you'll be answering phones, greeting walk-ins, supporting our agents, and keeping the office running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Greet clients, agents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage emails and incoming messages
- Support agents with printing, scanning, scheduling, webforms and basic admin tasks
- Help maintain a clean and organized front office area

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and email (lone wolf, Brokerbay, Matrix)
- Highly reliable and punctual—you're the first one clients see
- Able to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
- Experience with reception, real estate admin, and front-desk roles
