Position Overview:
Are you ready to launch your career in recruitment and HR? Join The Talent Care as a Remote Talent Acquisition Co-op Associate and immerse yourself in hands-on talent sourcing, candidate screening, ATS management, and more, all from the comfort of your home. This 3-6 months' unpaid co-op is designed to equip you with the practical skills and connections you need to excel in HR and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post and manage job listings on major job boards and platforms
- Source and screen candidate profiles using leading Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Shortlist and vet candidates for multiple open roles
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance processes
- Maintain accurate candidate data and support ATS optimization
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
- Support recruitment analytics, reporting, and process improvement
- Research and share industry trends and recruitment best practices
