Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Lease Auditor to join our team. The Lease Auditor will be responsible for reviewing and verifying BCI lease documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies. This role plays a key part in minimizing risk and improving the quality and integrity of our loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform comprehensive review of BCI funded leases

· Review lease documentation support for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies

· Identify and report discrepancies, risks, or policy violations and recommend corrective actions.

· Ensure proper calculation of annual income and lending ratios (TDS and Debt-to-Income)

· Verify the validity of supporting documentation, including income verification, credit reports, GPS installation, license verification etc

· Work with FSMs and branch managers to resolve any loan file issues and track any outstanding gaps in documentation for held commissions

· Review client's payment history and provide recommendations to branch managers for accounts that experienced an MPI write off.

· Tack lapses in MPI insurance within the lease portfolio for collectors to follow up with the customer

Qualifications:

· Experience in loan auditing, lending, loan processing, or underwriting.

· Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements.

· Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
