Our clients include industry leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HR & Recruitment function.Position: Commercial Litigation Lawyer.Location: Whitby, ON.Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year (depending on experience).Industry: Lawyer/ Commercial Litigation / Legal / Law Firm.Employment Term: Full-time / Permanent / Hybrid (3 days in-office per week).Roles & Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in both secured and unsecured debt collection matters.
• Manage all aspects of bankruptcy matters.
• Represent clients in all manner of commercial litigation matters.
• Provide expert advice on vetting and securing interests.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 8 - 10 years related Commercial Litigation experience in a Lawyer capacity.
• Expertise in security vetting and receivership.
• Expert advocacy skills, including drafting, conducting examinations, and appearing in court on contested matters.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
