We are seeking a welcoming and highly organized Client Service Representative to be the crucial first point of contact for our valued clients at Sell Off Vacations in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. In this essential role, you will:
Manage the reception area
Efficiently handle client inquiries
Expertly schedule appointments for our Vacation Consultants
Provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of our office.
If you possess exceptional interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, you will be responsible for:
Warmly greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in person and over the phone, creating a positive and professional first impression.
Efficiently managing the appointment calendar for our Vacation Consultants, including:
Booking new client consultations
Rescheduling existing appointments
Sending confirmation reminders
Answering general inquiries about our travel services and operating hours.
Directing calls or visitors to the appropriate team members.
Maintaining a tidy, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and general office correspondence.
Providing administrative support to the travel team, including:
Light data entry
Filing
Preparing basic documents
Assisting with maintaining office supplies inventory.
Addressing minor client concerns or directing them to the appropriate consultant promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service, front desk, or administrative support role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and experience with appointment scheduling systems.
Ability to multitask effectively and remain composed in a dynamic, busy environment.
Highly reliable, punctual, and professional in all interactions.
A positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for assisting others.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.
