We are seeking an Intake Manager to become a part of our team! You will contact, connect, motivate and book new patients and update our new patient tracking system.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming inquiries in a timely manner
• Follow up with new clients and explain our work in the practice.
• Triage patients who are appropriate for the practice.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Familiarity with clinical guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
