We Are Hiring for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician at our manufacturing facility in Windsor!

• $22–$25/hr, negotiable based on experience
• Full-time + shift and weekend work required
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) on manufacturing equipment to reduce downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
• Validate and test new equipment; repair and revalidate existing machines and auxiliary systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area.
• Accurately complete maintenance documentation and service records.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding equipment (required).
• Previous experience operating lift trucks and overhead cranes (certification/training preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, and repetitive motion.
• Flexible availability for shifts and weekend work.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a reliable, hard-working attitude.
