About Raise Books:

Raise Books is a community-focused bookstore located in the heart of Hespeler Village. We sell brand-new books for just $10 each and are passionate about making reading accessible, affordable, and fun.

About the Role:

We're looking for motivated high school and university students to join our Student Book Seller Program this spring and summer. This is a commission-based role with flexible hours—ideal for students who are enthusiastic, outgoing, and eager to gain real-world experience.

What You'll Do:

• Promote and sell books from our $10 collection
• Use Raise Books' provided materials and tools to support your sales
• Participate in optional local events or pop-ups
• Earn $5 for every book sold
• Work independently on your own schedule

Who We're Looking For:

• High school or post-secondary student
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable talking to others
• Interested in books, community events, or marketing
• No experience needed—we provide guidance and materials

Pay:

Commission-based: $5 earned per book sold
Estimated earnings: $100–$450 per week (based on hours and effort)
