Key Responsibilities

  • Forecast demand for computer hardware, parts, and components to align procurement with business needs
  • Support the Purchasing Manager in sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels by balancing availability with cost-efficiency
  • Collaborate with production teams to coordinate schedules and meet order timelines
  • Monitor supply chain operations and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency
  • Track and analyze procurement data, supplier performance, and market trends
  • Research and evaluate new suppliers while maintaining strong vendor relationships
  • Mitigate supply chain risks through proactive planning and contingency strategies
  • Assist with additional operational duties as the company continues to grow

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, or a business operations role
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with enterprise systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Passion for the computer and IT hardware industry
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Comfortable handling data and generating reports for decision-making
