Overview:

Mjolnir Security is seeking a Proposal Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing Statements of Work (SOW), Request for Proposals (RFP), contract reviews, and marketing/sales material. This role is essential to support our expanding operations and to ensure the clarity, accuracy, and compliance of all our documentation.

As the Proposal Writer, you are responsible for telling the story of how we can help our clients meet their cybersecurity needs. You lead the timely delivery of proposals for various internal teams, writing, editing, coordinating, and formatting content into clear submissions that are responsive to the clients requirements.
Using your organizational and communication skills, you manage the many moving parts of a submission, by working effectively with a wide range of people, developing strong working relationships with your teams as you do so.

Key Responsibilities:

• SOW and RFP Development: Draft, review, and refine Statements of Work and Request for Proposals to align with client requirements and Mjolnir Securitys standards.
• Contract Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies, providing clear summaries and recommendations for adjustments.
• Marketing and Sales Material: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling and informative materials that effectively communicate our services and value proposition.
• Client Communication: Liaise with clients to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and ensure all documentation meets their needs and Mjolnir Securitys high standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes and templates to increase efficiency and consistency across all materials.
• Compliance: Ensure all documents adhere to industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in writing SOWs, RFPs, contract reviews, and marketing materials, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sectors.

Skills:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex technical and legal information.
• Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and contract law.
• Previous experience working with sales and marketing teams.
• Previous experience writing SOWs, responding to RFP/RFQ/RFI etc.
