About Loop

Loop is a growing division of Box Clever that powers websites for small to medium-sized municipalities in Canada and the U.S. We provide user-friendly websites and apps with municipal-specific features that simplify the sharing of information between municipalities and their residents.

About The Role

In this role, you will work with our team to coordinate website projects from the sales process (demos and proposals), to working with our talented designers and developers, right through to training and launch. Post-launch youll be providing prompt and friendly support to clients, working through change orders, and renewals. Youll also assist with larger projects and proposals, including complex RFP responses. When not working on client projects youll work on internal marketing initiatives including newsletters, email campaigns, and direct mail marketing.

Desired Skills and Experience

Essentials:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software tools
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or similar roles
  • Relevant post-secondary education

Bonus Points:

  • 2 years+ experience in a similar role
  • Experience with CRM system, spreadsheets, and help desk software
  • Marketing experience, including content creation and campaign management
  • Strong communication skills for crafting clear and engaging content
  • Knowledge of municipal governments
  • Professional social media experience
  • Experience providing in-person and online software demonstrations
