Our client is searching for an Office Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for being a leader in luxury home construction and renovations. A successful candidate will be a high-energy, solutions-driven individual who will keep the operations running like a well-oiled machine.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
- Keep projects on track, manage timelines, and support site teams
- Export budgets, use pivot tables, and ensure accurate invoicing
- Send contracts via DocuSign, and manage WCB agreements
- Coordinate regional training sessions, book venues, and arrange meals
- Schedule and support monthly on-site safety audits
- Be the go-to person for problem-solving, scheduling and accountability
- Background in construction, oil & gas, or other project-based industries
- Proficient with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and SharePoint
- High tempo, bold, outgoing, and not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Excellent communicator, calm under pressure, and a natural problem solver
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a blue-collar approach to getting things done
