Responsibilities and Duties :

• Perform Start up and Shut down procedures
  
• Perform proper Foam injection
• Follow proper Foam injections procedures
• Written reporting for injection standards and totals reporting
• Complete maintenance of foam equipment maintain operational standards pre and post usage
• Pre and post cleaning foam equipment
• Report all operation concern of foam equipment to supervisor
• Complete inspections Daily, Weekly , Monthly
  
• Monitor resin supplyand securing materials for operations with direct supervisor
• Loading and Unloading materials and machine
  
• Maintain proper housekeeping in assigned work area
• Compliance with All Safety standards and procedures
• Other duties as required

Qualification and Skills:

• knowledge of the standard methods, materials, tools, equipment and procedures
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions which are applicable to the work.
• Communication skills
• Ability to work overtime
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  

Shift schedule :

• Averaging hour arrangement- 44 hour work week
• 6 am - 3:30 pm 1/2 hour break (Mon to Thursday 9 hour shift)
• 6 am - 2:30pm 1/2 hour break (Friday 8 hour shift)
