Assignment Duration : 4 Months Contract with Possible Extension

Pay Rate : $19.75/Hr

Shift Time : 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Perform automated system level testing (Pre-Test, Burn-In and Final Test) on network switching equipment to determine product functionality
• Monitor any failures during test and report them to Manufacturing Line Lead or Technician
• Report any test software or equipment issues or improvements to Manufacturing Line Lead or Technician
• Mechanical / electrical assembly of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) into product case.
• PCBA and metal work inspection as per inspection procedure
• Final assembly and packaging of products.
• Use fixtures and power/hand tools according to product specifications
• Follow detailed process instructions and work towards meeting daily goals.
• Prepare and kit picklists for the lines while assisting other peers with water spider and de-trashing activities
• Constantly maintain a safe, clean and professional working environment by complying with procedures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Work at different workstations or areas as needed on a rotational basis to reduce fatigue factor.
• Contributes to team daily success and overall growth by freely sharing ideas.

Must Have:

• Candidates with experience in any of these areas is preferable: Electronics/Manufacturing/Assembly/and Automotive.
• 6 months to 1 year of previous job-related experience is preferred but also open to new Grads.
