Your Impact
As our Customer Success Manager, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge VDI technology and the enterprises who rely on it. You'll ensure our customers have an amazing implementation experience and continue to receive value throughout their journey with us. Your success will directly contribute to our growth through renewals, expansions, and customer advocacy.
What You'll Do
- Own the customer journey Design and execute frictionless onboarding processes that get customers up and running within days
- Build relationships that matter Serve as the trusted advisor for our enterprise customers, understanding their business goals and helping them achieve maximum value from our platform
- Drive expansion Identify and develop opportunities to grow accounts by uncovering new use cases and demonstrating ROI
- Champion renewal success Proactively manage the renewal process to ensure high retention rates and minimize churn
- Be the voice of the customer Collect feedback and insights to help shape our product roadmap and improve customer experience
- Create scalable success frameworks Develop playbooks and processes that will help us deliver consistent value as we grow
- Measure what matters Track and improve key success metrics like time-to-value, NPS, retention, and expansion rates
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or similar role, preferably with enterprise SaaS customers
- A technical mindset with the ability to quickly learn and speak confidently about VDI and cloud technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to various stakeholders
- Experience managing complex enterprise relationships with multiple stakeholders
- A problem-solving attitude with a bias toward action, you find a way to get things done
- Data-driven approach to measuring customer health and success
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
