. Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled registered Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their visits. This role requires a strong commitment to patient education and preventive care, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We are a small friendly clinic and successful candidates should work well with others and value a collegial work environment.

WE REQUIRE:

Wednesday evening shifts 4-8 pm non negotiable.

WE CAN OFFER:

Wednesdays all day 9-8 if wanted. Mondays 9-6 is potentially available as well if wanted. These hours are not necessary but are available if the candidate is looking for more hours of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
• Assist in the diagnosis of oral diseases by examining patients' gums, teeth, and overall oral health.
• Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate records using our office software.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experiences and build lasting relationships.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with patients and address their needs.
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is essential for accurate documentation and communication.
• Experience with Paradigm software or similar dental office management software is preferred.
