Sunshine LeisureScapes is the Okanagan's premier spa and sauna retailer, enhancing the health and well-being of our customers through the healing impact of heat and water therapy. In our spacious showroom, we offer the world's best selling spa and sauna brands, cold plunge tubs, and swim spa systems.

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team to help our customers select the perfect product to suit their needs, lifestyle and budget. Experience in hot tub or sauna sales is an advantage but not necessary to be successful in this role as our training program will provide you the support and tools you need.

Job Description

In this role, you would greet walk in customers as well as respond to internet leads and phone inquiries. Additional leads would be generated through your business development activities (for example with home builders).

Specific tasks include:

• Advising customers on the benefits and features of our products
• Preparing and following up on quotes
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales Manager on promotions and initiatives designed to boost showroom revenue
• Assist in the display of merchandise to optimize our customer experience
• Participate in sales and product training
• Lead business development activities for showroom products
• Saturday availability is mandatory

Skills

• Proven sales experience
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Passion for learning and growing professionally
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Superior organizational and prioritization skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Technology literacy, including experience with CRMs or other sales platforms, is a valuable asset.
