At A.C.T. we are looking to add to our growing AIMS (“A.C.T. Inventory Management Systems”) Support team. In this position, your primary role is to work collaboratively with co-workers, customers and suppliers to provide technical support for installing, training and support for our AIMS systems. We will provide the training you need to effectively & efficiently support these systems. We are looking for someone who is patient, detail-oriented, confident troubleshooting issues using the appropriate methods & tools, and is committed to providing a superior experience for our customers.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide application support to co-workers and customers.
- Demo AIMs software in person and/or remotely when required.
- Upload customer specific pricing, images, and updates related to specific AIMS customers.
- Install, train and support all AIMS systems (including AIMS hardware & software) according to established policies and procedures.
- Service customer AIMS systems (including AIMS hardware & software) remotely and/or onsite at the customer's facility when required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are required
- Frequent overnight travel required, primarily within Canada.
- Must carry a valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
- Must have a personal vehicle to travel to customer sites
- Proficient use of Windows and the Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
- Customer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with & contribute to customer-focused company
- Must have the ability to establish rapport with customers and coworkers
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
THE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL:
- Have technological adeptness
- Be a self-starter that demonstrates excellent time and task prioritization.
- 2+ years of experience with Customer Service
