Currently in search for a Financial Analyst, this client offers stability, challenge, and career growth.

Purpose:

The Financial Analyst's responsibility will span a variety of functions including (but not limited to) financial and management reporting; assisting with year-end financial statements; tax reporting and preparation of partnership tax filings; monitoring internal controls; analyzing data; and recommending process improvements.

Qualifications:

• CPA designation or working towards an equivalent accounting designation.
• 5+ years of experience in a range of accounting functions (AP, AR, Billing).
• Excellent understanding of best accounting practices and procedures, financial analytical and reporting skills.
• Solid understanding of ASPE, CRA tax laws and regulations, and Partner Professional Corporations.
• Experience working with Elite 3E is an asset.
• Ability to document processes, identify efficiencies and recommend process improvement.
• Technically savvy with a willingness to learn new software and applications.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Adaptable and accepting of change
• Flexibility for overtime when required.
