HVAC Sales Enablement Manager
HVAC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Full time onsite position
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the growth of the residential and light commercial HVAC business in Canada.
- Help exceed sales targets through strong support and customer service.
- Assist the Sales Director with operations, reporting, CRM updates, and admin tasks.
- Prepare presentations, manage DocuSign, and maintain accurate records across platforms like Salesforce and SAP.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, trade shows, and events.
- Support project tracking, forecasting, and the development of sales processes and manuals.
- Engage in industry networking, training sessions, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- College/university education.
- Background in marketing, sales support, or data analysis is an asset.
- YOU MUST HAVE HVAC EXPERIENCE.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; Salesforce knowledge is an asset.
- Bilingual (French & English) and graphic design experience are assets.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
