Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our client - a global leader in environmental services. This progressive CSR role supports invoice quality operations and process improvements in a fast-paced environment. It focuses on analyzing credits, resolving receivables disputes, and collaborating across departments to enhance service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily billing KPIs and take corrective actions when targets are not met
- Support collections team by addressing and resolving receivables disputes
- Perform root cause analysis using internal dispute tools to ensure process compliance
- Investigate and escalate account issues using SAP and Salesforce
- Collaborate with senior leaders to resolve escalated billing and account concerns
- Prepare reports for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Commercial meetings as needed
- Coach and assist AR and Collections teams to improve performance metrics
- Partner with Fulfillment and Sales teams to resolve overdue accounts and collection challenges
- Process credit adjustments for short payments; escalate complex disputes to AR leadership
- Deliver training and support to internal teams on dispute resolution processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in customer service, fulfillment, finance, or logistics
- Strong SAP and Salesforce skills; ERP/CRM fluency
- Deep understanding of quality frameworks (e.g., ISO, RCA, documentation)
- Experience in cross-functional operations, import/export compliance
- Strong communication, organization, and digital software adaptability
