Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Compensation: $100k - $110K CAD dependent on experience

About Us

We are a sustainable fashion brand focused on creating low-impact, high-quality garments with purpose. We prioritize bold storytelling and visual excellence. As we grow, we're looking for a senior creative leader to take ownership of our content strategy, campaign execution, and visual storytelling across all channels.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that combines content strategy, creative direction, influencer collaborations, and hands-on production. You will be responsible for driving the brand's content vision forward, ensuring alignment across platforms while maintaining a consistent, elevated aesthetic. You should be confident leading shoots, developing creative concepts, overseeing social strategy, and appearing in content.

Location Requirement

This is a hybrid role based in Vancouver, BC. You must be available a minimum of two days a week for in-person meetings, local shoots, and production days.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Campaign Planning

  • Lead concept development, visual direction, and storytelling for product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal content
  • Create briefs, moodboards, shot lists, and oversee execution from planning to post-production
  • Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across channels

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and manage a strategic content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, email, and web
  • Produce or oversee the creation of high-quality short-form video, photo, and graphic content
  • Appear in content (e.g. speaking about product, behind-the-scenes, product try-ons if comfortable, trend-based reels)

Photoshoot Planning & Execution

  • Plan and manage all aspects of brand shoots: casting, location scouting, styling, logistics, and direction
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver content that aligns with campaign goals

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

  • Identify, brief, and manage partnerships with creators and influencers aligned with our values
  • Oversee gifting, seeding, and performance tracking
  • Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand tone, visuals, and messaging

Brand Partnerships

  • Source and manage creative collaborations with aligned brands (co-branded content, giveaways, etc.)
  • Support in building mutually beneficial marketing partnerships

Community & UGC

  • Curate and repurpose user-generated content and community features
  • Build systems for collecting, organizing, and distributing high-performing community content

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track content performance, engagement, and conversions to inform future creative decisions
  • Continuously test and refine content strategy based on what drives results

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in brand-side creative, content strategy, or marketing (fashion or lifestyle industries preferred)
  • Proven experience leading photo/video shoots and managing creative production
  • Strong visual aesthetic and understanding of what drives engagement across digital channels
  • Comfortable appearing in content — natural presence on camera is essential
  • Experienced in writing clear, engaging captions, briefs, and brand messaging
  • Proficient in tools like Asana, Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Based in Vancouver, BC, and available for hybrid in-person work
