Salesforce Developer (Omni/Vlocity Developer)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in OmniStudio (Vlocity) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio components, Apex, and Lightning frameworks. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to deliver scalable and high-performance Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio tools including: OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL queries
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with architects, admins, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions
• Ensure best practices in governor limits, security, and performance tuning
• Create and maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and deployment scripts using tools like Copado or Gearset
• Support CI/CD pipelines and assist in release planning and execution

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Admin tasks
• Strong understanding of OmniStudio components, data integration, and dynamic UI design
• Experience with Salesforce Platform APIs and external integrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and object relationships
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
