What You'll Do:

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of SBS flat roofing projects.

• Coordinate internal crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

• Monitor project costs and control expenditures to stay within budget.

• Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Maintain accurate project documentation using management software.

• Administer contracts, manage change orders, and process progress draws.

• Uphold high standards of quality and safety throughout all project phases.

• Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively.

• Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with clients.

What You Bring:

• Proven hands-on experience with roofing systems, particularly SBS flat roofing.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.

• Thorough understanding of WorkSafeBC and RCABC safety protocols.

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.

• Proficiency with project management and documentation software.
