As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be at the heart of our growth engine—bridging internal strategies with real-world impact. You'll support business development, marketing campaigns, and grassroots community engagement to generate leads, nurture partnerships, and boost visibility in key markets.
This is a contract role for 12 months and is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of inside sales, marketing coordination, and community outreach, and is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Job Description- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospects, following up on leads and inquiries in coordination with Business Development Managers (BDMs)
- Support BDMs in booking meetings, preparing sales collateral, and managing follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and create sales tracking spreadsheets
- Assist in the creation and execution of local marketing campaigns, both digital and community-based
- Support event planning and logistics for local activations, including wellness fairs and info sessions
- Engage in grassroots outreach to local community organizations, senior centers, and referral partners
- Run and distribute reports to monitor KPIs, lead status, and campaign performance
- Support special projects and ad-hoc requests from Sales & Marketing Manager or BDMs
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing support, or customer service roles
- Experience with outbound communications (phone, email)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience working in health care, seniors' services, or home care is an asset
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (for community visits)
