Position: Demand Planning Analyst Reports to: Senior Manager, Demand Planning

We are looking for a Demand Planning Analyst to join our Sales & Business Development team! Our Demand Planning Analyst will support the Senior Manager, Demand Planning, and the Sales team with various sales forecasting and reporting activities.

OPPORTUNITIES

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our planning process by ensuring forecasts are accurately updated, and reporting is provided to internal teams so that the accuracy of forecasts can be evaluated and adjusted. Knowledge & Skills

• You have excellent proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel
• You are able to create effective presentations & summaries including spreadsheets, tables, charts
• You have a good understanding of the forecasting and demand planning process within a manufacturing/sales organization

Experience

• You have 3-5 years of relevant analytics experience working in a customer-focused office environment
• You have experience building effective allianes with both internal and external teams
• You have a Degree/Diploma in Business or related field
• You have experience building effective alliances with both internal and external teams
• Experience in demand planning and/or trade spend management systems

Nice to have

• Experience with Exceedra
• Experience in the CPG and/or manufacturing industry

Things you will do...

• Ensure Indirect Sales Actuals & Forecasts are uploaded in Sales Forecasting software
• Create and maintain Demand Planning reports & provide insights on reports & analytics
• Support Senior Manager, Demand Planning with tracking, adjusting & updating of monthly agreed upon forecasts with the Sales team
• Initate ideas to streamline current forecasting reporting & processes

Other

• You may work varied times on occasion, as the job requires
• You may travel to sales meetings or customer meetings as required approximately 5% of time

Salary - $62,100 - $75,000
