The Role
Were looking for a high-energy, resourceful recruiter to drive our agent growth engine. Youll be on the front lines making cold calls, sending outreach messages, and getting licensed agents interested in learning more about joining us & making sure they are also a right culture fit for our team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls daily to licensed agents across Ontario
- Use tools like HubSpot, Instantly, Clay, and social media DMs to run structured outreach campaigns
- Follow a proven pitch and tailor messaging to agent profiles
- Book appointments with interested recruits and walk them through our presentation.
- Track all activity in CRM and update pipelines in real time
- Hit weekly KPIs for calls, outreach, and booked appointments
- Update presentation and pitch as we expand our tech stack & agent offerings.
- Help improve recruitment scripts, templates, and targeting strategies
- Represent The Zadegan Groups culture, value prop, and offerings in all communications

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, cold calling, or recruiting (real estate industry is a strong plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone and persistent with follow-ups
- Tech-savvy: youll be using CRMs, outreach tools, and automations daily. Communicating with our backend teams to ensure a steady recruiting process.
