Required Skills:

1. Years of relevant experience in SAM tool (i.e. FNMS, Snow, ServiceNow SAM Pro, Aspera, HPAM) Implementation, Upgrade and migration

2. Hands on experience on SAM tool integration with different business applications (SAP-Ariba, ITSM tools – ServiceNow, Remedy, Active Directory)

3. Strong understanding of Firewall rules sets Ports, DMZs and accesses to implement

4. Ability to create technical documents (high-level design, low-level design, playbook, workflows etc.)

5. Working knowledge of database (SQL, Oracle)

6. Strong communication skills (English language)

7. Ability to effectively work with global team members Handle SAM tool implementation, Integration, Migration, Upgrade independently or minimum support Communicate detailed requirement (pre-requisites) for any SAM tool implementation, Integration, Migration, Upgrade.

8. Configure and document technical aspect of implementation, Integration, Migration, Upgrade. and create training document on SAM tool implementation, Integration, Migration, Upgrade Flexibility to work as per project need. Answers all inquiries in a timely basis.

9. Suggest improvements and proactively addresses issues. Follows quality standards for own work.

10. Completes assigned tasks in prescribed timelines consistent with deliverables and asks for support and direction as appropriate.
