Your Role Will Include:

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Performing routine maintenance to keep our fleet in tip-top shape.
• Collaborating closely with team members and management to prioritize repair orders.
• Mentoring and guiding apprentices — your experience is invaluable!
• Ensuring a safe working environment while adhering to company safety protocols.
• Keeping detailed service reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic certification (Red Seal).
• Hands-on experience with heavy-duty equipment maintenance and repair.
• Solid understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using technology and adapting to new software applications.
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
• Previous experience with CVIP inspections is a definite advantage.
