Compensation

• $32 to $38 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Summary

Are you a hands-on professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision? Were looking for an experienced Flat Glass Installer to join our growing team! You'll be working on a wide variety of installationsshower doors, mirrors, windows, storefronts, and morein residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

This is a dynamic role where you'll collaborate with both our in-house crew and team members from the Powder Coating Shop, our affiliated business next door. If you're someone who takes pride in clean finishes, safe practices, and solid craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do:

• Measure, cut, and install flat glass using hand and power tools
• Handle everything from windows and shower doors to skylights and storefronts
• Secure glass with the right adhesives, clips, and seals
• Remove and replace damaged glass
• Work safely at heights and on construction sites
• Communicate with clients to meet their unique needs
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade certification a plus)
• Previous experience in glass installation, glazing, or a similar trade
• Strong manual skills and an eye for precision
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle large glass panels
• Comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and in various conditions
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with tempered, laminated, or insulated glass
• Knowledge of energy-efficient glass and modern window/door systems
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
