**Job Description:**


As a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to clients, providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions about their insurance needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and offer tailored solutions that suit their needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**


- Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial situations and goals.
- Present and explain life insurance products and options to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with leads and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and regulations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

**Qualifications:**


- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Must possess a valid life insurance license (or be willing to obtain one).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Prior sales experience, preferably in insurance, is a plus.
