We have an opportunity for a Growth Marketing Coordinator role to join our Marketing Team.

As the Growth Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of lead generation, inbound marketing and campaign operations to drive B2B customer acquisition. Reporting directly to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day marketing initiatives, compiling data, tracking expenses and supporting campaigns. The ideal candidate is an early-career marketer who is creative, analytical and eager to grow their skills.

In this role you will:

Campaign Execution & Activation

  • Assist in planning, coordinating and executing lead generation campaigns across paid media, email, search and social platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver marketing materials aligned to campaign goals
  • Support the development of internal documentation, campaign briefs and update reports
  • Aid in preparing reports on campaign results, identifying insights and areas for improvement
  • Coordinate in setting up A/B tests, tracking performance and implementing optimizations

Marketing Operations & Administration

  • Conduct administrative and operational tasks to support marketing projects
  • Track and organize marketing expenses, including receipt collection, processing and budget documentation
  • Maintain accurate marketing databases and assist with list segmentation
  • Coordinate production and delivery of marketing assets
  • Research and report on current marketing trends and emerging opportunities

You are a great fit if you have:

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in marketing or administrative support roles
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, landing page builders, and SEO platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A growth mindset with a commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • A passion for data and numbers
  • A positive, upbeat demeanor with a good sense of humor

Bonus points if you have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience using HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Background in consumer-packaged goods, technology or tech-enabled industries

PressReader is committed to providing a fair compensation package which include a 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision benefit plan; 15 paid vacation days to start; health and wellness days and bereavement days; reimbursements for professional training and membership in professional associations; fitness subsidy and more, along with a chance to be working with amazing people. The pay range for this role is $57,000 to $62,000, depending on experience.
