Job Description:
We're seeking a Marketing Funnel Manager to drive customer acquisition and conversion for our Dibbly Inc. brands. You'll both manage paid advertising campaigns and create high-converting sales funnels that turn prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for both brands
- Design, build, and manage complete sales funnels from awareness to conversion
- Create compelling ad copy and landing page content tailored to each brand
- Analyze campaign performance and funnel metrics to implement data-driven improvements
- Manage marketing automation and lead nurturing sequences
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to maximize conversion rates
Requirements:
- 2+ years of solid experience in both digital advertising management and funnel creation
- Proven track record of successfully managing ad campaigns and building conversion funnels
- Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email platforms, funnel builders)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with conversion optimization
- Excellent written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
