SALES COORDINATOR

POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is essential in streamlining sales processes and facilitating effective communication between the sales team and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales Quotes, Proposals and Presentations.
- Maintain Job Folders and sales pipelines for Outside Sales Team members.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales staff.
- Maintain customer databases and manage order processing.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
- One (1) mandatory Saturday every year for inventory (Last weekend of July before Civic Holiday weekend).
- Other duties as needed to meet the requirements of the role.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales support or administrative roles.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Building material sales experience.
