We're a funded startup experiencing explosive growth, looking for a backend engineer to help scale our infrastructure as we redefine personal computing in the cloud.

What You'll Do:

• Build and optimize backend systems that will power millions of personal cloud computers
• Scale and improve our backend APIs for auth, storage, AI, database, and more
• Improve stability to achieve 99.99% availability and beyond
• Shave off milliseconds in lag and delay
• Design impeccable APIs and SDKs to provide the most developer-friendly experience in the world

Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong expertise in Node.js and MySQL
• Strong production experience with AWS, Cloudflare, and Docker
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and database architectures
• Have made open-source projects or contributions in the past

Compensation:

• $120,000 - $170,000 + equity + benefits
• Pay is influenced by various considerations and can fluctuate according to position-specific qualifications, competencies, and work history
