Web3 Marketing Coordinator | Inference Labs - Verified Intelligence

Location: Hamilton, ON or Hybrid, Full Time

About Inference Labs:

Inference Labs is more than just a technology company; we're spearheading a new era in Artificial Intelligence. Advocating for decentralized, computationally verified AI systems while utilizing Web3 technology, we aim to challenge the dominance of large tech corporations with our modular, composable AI solutions. Our vision encompasses building infrastructures, protocols, and applications to make AI more accessible, democratizing AI access while promoting frictionless exchange of value secured with Proof of Inference.

Job Description:

As a Web3 Marketing Coordinator at Inference Labs, you will be a part of an operational engine behind our global marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, events, and cross-functional projects. Your role will involve coordinating tasks, managing vendor relationships, and supporting regional teams to align with our mission of driving innovation in Web3 and AI/ML technologies. You will thrive in this position if you excel at turning complex, rapidly changing objectives into coordinated workflows, fostering collaboration across time zones, and maintaining operational momentum in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign & Task Management:

  • Break down marketing campaign objectives into actionable tasks for design, content, engineering, and business development teams.
  • Use tools like Notion and JIRA to assign, track, and prioritize tasks, ensuring alignment with deadlines.
  • Conduct task pruning to eliminate stale objectives and focus resources on high-impact deliverables.

Vendor Coordination:

  • Gather requirements from internal stakeholders to define campaign goals and resource needs.
  • Write project briefs for external vendors, detailing deliverables, timelines, and branding guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with vendors for events, ensuring adherence to briefs and budget constraints.
  • Vendor follow up to ensure any external content created is aggregated and centrally managed within the organization's asset and communication repositories.

Event Execution:

  • Translate event objectives (conferences, podcasts, activations) into detailed task lists for internal teams and vendors.
  • Monitor logistics, timelines, and vendor deliverables to ensure flawless execution.
  • Develop event-specific briefs to align vendors on goals, branding, and attendee experience.

Content & Brand Creation Support:

  • Assist internal researchers, content writers, and digital communications teams in publishing high-quality materials.
  • Collaborate on brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing assets and communications.
  • Manage freelancers and external vendors involved in content production and brand development.

Operational Optimization:

  • Maintain calendars, asset libraries, and dashboards using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Figma, and JIRA.
  • Refine workflows to improve team efficiency and conduct post-campaign reviews for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing outputs.

Industry Engagement & Community Management:

  • Stay current with industry developments in AI, and Web3, monitoring trends at their intersection.
  • Actively review, participate in, and moderate community channels including Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), and Medium.
  • Surface relevant insights and opportunities from community engagement to inform marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze adjacent projects to identify emerging strategies and best practices. Develop concise, curated briefs to keep internal teams informed of key industry developments and competitive trends. Translate complex industry movements into actionable insights for marketing strategy adaptation.

Qualification:

Thrive at the intersection of Web3 and AI: You nerd out over how tokenized or decentralized AI systems could reshape the future, and you can't wait to bring these concepts to life through killer campaigns with the rest of the team!

Have 1-2 years of experience wrangling marketing ops, or campaigns: Bonus points if you've done this in Web3, AI, or blockchain spaces (but we know brilliant marketers come from all backgrounds!).

Speak "tech" fluently, even if you're not writing code: You can explain Proof-of-Work to your grandma and chat about ML model training with engineers, then turn those concepts into compelling messaging for the masses.

Get fired up about bridging worlds: Your superpower is translating between technical teams and creative/marketing squads to make magic happen.

Thrive in the Web3 ecosystem: Whether you're deep into DeFi, DAO governance, or just obsessively follow crypto Twitter, you understand the culture and language of decentralized tech.

Why this isn't your average marketing job:

At Inference Labs, you won't just push campaigns! You'll help shape how the world understands the revolutionary synergy between crypto and AI.

Every day you'll be:

• Converting mind-blowing tech into accessible stories

• Collaborating with some of the brightest minds in Web3

• Building the playbook for marketing at the decentralized frontier

Pro tip for applicants: Show us your passion! In your cover letter, tell us about:

• That time you explained crypto to a skeptical friend

• Your favorite Web3/AI crossover project

• Why you think this intersection will change everything

Ready to help build the future? Let's go!
