Position Summary:Oodle Noodle is looking for a driven and operations-savvy Franchise Consultant to support the performance and compliance of franchised locations. This role is responsible for providing on-site and virtual operational support, ensuring franchisees meet brand standards, and coaching them toward greater profitability and operational excellence. The Franchise Consultant plays a key role in reinforcing Oodle Noodle's core values and driving consistency across the network.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Excellence & Support
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, food quality, cleanliness, customer service, and adherence to brand standards.
- Identify operational gaps and develop tailored action plans with franchisees.
- Assist with implementation of SOPs, promotions, and new product rollouts.
Franchisee Performance Coaching
- Analyze P&L statements, sales data, and KPIs to help franchisees improve financial performance.
- Guide franchisees on labor optimization, COGS management, and throughput efficiency.
- Foster strong working relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Brand Compliance & Auditing
- Complete routine audits and inspections using Oodle Noodle's operational checklists and tools.
- Report findings and track resolution of deficiencies or compliance issues.
- Monitor health and safety practices to ensure AHS and local public health compliance.
Training & Onboarding
- Support new store openings and franchisee onboarding, ensuring smooth operational launch.
- Deliver refresher training to franchise teams as needed.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Head Office to support campaigns, product feedback, and operational improvements.
- Participate in regional meetings, training sessions, and business reviews.
- 2+ years in multi-unit QSR operations, franchise support, or field consulting (preferred).
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and KPI management.
- Ability to interpret financials (P&L, COGS, labor reports).
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data reporting tools.
