Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years within Process Engineering and Process Improvement experience

- Lean Six Sigma

- Consulting background (ideally working with the big 4)

-Financial industry experience

-Previous experience working with data architecture and analytics teams

-Advanced understanding of utilizing excel for manual processes and documentation

-Solid communication skills with an ability to articulate effectively to executive management (conflict resolution skills, large-scope, high value problem solution, etc.)

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Process Engineering Manager to work on a 6-month contract with the ability to convert to permanent for one of our top financial services clients in Toronto. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end process engineering and aid in process improvements by leveraging their experience leading multiple workstreams. The best suited candidate will come from a background utilizing lean six sigma methodology for process improvement and identifying inefficiencies. This role will initially be an individual contributor role but has the ability to eventually manage team members and work cross-functionally with other areas of the business.
