• Long Term Investors: We own three businesses in the lower-middle market, and are hunting for our fourth platform.
• Search Fund Investors: We back searchers raising a search fund to acquire a business. We currently have five search funds we've backed actively hunting for deals.

You are

• A Financial Wizard: You can whip out models, analyze investment financials, and work with our portcos.
• Experienced with QoE or M&A: You have spent time in an M&A shop doing transactionary services or at an accounting firm doing QoE.
• Entrepreneurial: You want to work in an entrepreneurial organization that places an emphasis on growth and backing great entrepreneurs.
• Analytical Thinker: You enjoy research, developing industry theses, and conducting due diligence on potential investment targets (both our own and alongside our searchers).
• People Person: You like people.

Qualifications

• At least one year at an M&A firm doing transactions, or an accounting firm doing QoE.
• CPA and former entrepreneurial experience (even a failed startup) are nice to have.
• Understanding of the search fund model a plus!
