We're looking for a motivated and professional Real Estate Recruiter to help us grow our brokerage. In this role, you'll be responsible for building relationships with high-producing agents, agents looking to grow their business, and newly licensed agents.

$50,000 base salary plus performance-based bonuses

• Follow and implement a streamlined, scalable recruiting process that identifies and vets qualified candidates effectively
• Actively source and engage with potential new agents in the local market through phone calls, marketing campaigns, emails, networking events, and other outreach methods to support business growth
• Track and report on recruiting performance, providing regular updates on the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies

• Two years of work experience in real estate, outside sales or inside sales
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services
• Strong organizational and time management skills
