What You'll Do as a Server:

You're more than just a server—you're part host, part hype crew, and all about delivering next-level service!

Day-to-Day Highlights:

• Treat everyone like you would as a guest in your own home.

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders with accuracy and energy

• Learn and promote menu items, specials, and center experiences

• Steps of service is paramount to providing an overall WOW experience that the guest will remember.

• Answer questions, resolve concerns.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Set up and stock your station so you're always RUSH READY

• Recommend add-ons and upgrades that enhance the guest experience

What It Takes:

• 2+ years of restaurant experience is a MUST

• Must be 18+ years of age (to serve alcohol) Current Smart Serve is a must.

• A guest-first mindset and excellent interpersonal skills

• The ability to stay calm, friendly, and focused in a busy environment

• Strong attention to detail and a team-player mentality

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (that's when the fun happens!)
