The Opportunity

Were hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Campaign Specialist to drive lead generation and conversion across the full customer journeyfrom awareness to decision to advocacy. Youll own the execution of persona-specific campaigns, create targeted content, and ensure every piece of communication supports our revenue goals. This is a role for a campaign builder, a full-funnel thinker, and a content creator who can tie strategy to results.

What will you be doing?


Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Design and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns tailored to specific personas (e.g., Wholesale Distribution or Manufacturing).
  • Own campaign management in HubSpot: email sequences, automation workflows, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Schedule and publish persona-specific content across digital channels, including social and email.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.

Content Development

  • Create compelling, high-converting content for each stage of the buyer and customer journey.
  • Produce on-brand assets including blogs, ebooks, landing pages, nurture emails, product overviews, video scripts, and customer success stories (with waivers).
  • Collaborate with our Website, SEO & Design specialist to ensure content is visually consistent and aligned with campaign goals.
  • Align content with SEO best practices and continuously improve based on engagement data.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, CX, Product, and SME teams to capture insights and content ideas.
  • Coordinate the creation, versioning, and file management of internal and external materials.
  • Contribute to the development of brand messaging and positioning across marketing channels.

Innovation & Growth

  • Stay current on marketing trends, especially in lifecycle marketing, AI-enabled tools, and B2B SaaS.
  • Lead small-scale experiments to test new campaign formats, messaging, and content types.
  • Support the continuous improvement of VistaVus marketing engine with proactive ideas and optimizations.

What experience do you need?

  • 35 years of full-time marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or subscription software
  • Proven ability to plan and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns
  • Experience writing high-impact, conversion-driven content
  • Strong command of HubSpot (required)
  • Familiarity with ERP solutions or SAP ecosystem (a plus)
  • Understanding of SEO, digital marketing best practices, and basic design alignment
  • Excellent time management and project coordination skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally and synthesizing input from multiple stakeholders
  • Curiosity about AI and interest in applying it to content and campaign work
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Businessor equivalent work experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $57,000$67,000 CAD annually, based on experience
