Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services and staffing markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Create and deliver effective sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Develop strategic plans to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Lead negotiations and close deals that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Staffing and Managed Services Provider (MSP) sales experience will be strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT services, staffing, or related industries is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
