Pixyls is a fun and relaxing sticker-by-number craft brand for adults. Our mission is to help people unplug, unwind, and create beautiful art—one sticker at a time. We're looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute all things marketing. This is a hands-on, creative, and strategic role where you'll own our campaigns from idea to launch.

What You'll Do

Ads & Growth

• Plan, run, and test paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Youtube)
• Write copy, choose creative, and track performance
• Make data-backed decisions to improve ROAS and customer acquisition
• 2+ years experience managing Meta ads is required.

Content & Campaigns

• Lead content creation for social, email, and ads
• Oversee brand photoshoots (concepts, styling, shot lists)
• Develop and launch marketing campaigns for holidays, new products, and promos

Email Marketing

• Plan and send regular email campaigns in Klaviyo
• Build flows to support retention and customer experience
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements
• 2+ years experience managing Klaviyo is required.

Project Management

• Keep the marketing calendar organized and on track
• Manage freelancers and creative partners (designers, editors, influencers)
• Stay on top of timelines, assets, and results

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally at a DTC or creative brand
• Confident running paid ads and testing creative
• Strong eye for visuals and brand storytelling
• Great at juggling projects and staying organized
• Hands-on and excited to work in a small, growing team
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo, Shopify, and Canva or Adobe

Nice to Have

• Photo, video, or design skills
• Experience in lifestyle, creative, or wellness brands
• Interest in crafting, mindfulness, or adult hobbies
