Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Finance to join our team at Ace Hotel Toronto. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all financial aspects of the hotel, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic growth. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our financial performance and supporting our mission to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage budgeting processes and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial challenges and opportunities.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement cost management strategies to enhance profitability.
• Collaborate with department heads to drive business development initiatives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in corporate finance within the hospitality industry or similar sectors.
• Strong understanding of risk analysis and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent skills in account reconciliation and budget management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.

Pay: From $140,000.00 per year
